31-Year-Old Factory Worker Arrested for Sexual Assault on 8-Year-Old Girl in North Delhi

A 31-year-old factory worker from Uttarakhand was arrested in Delhi's Samaypur Badli area for sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl who entered his room while playing. The brave child managed to escape after fighting back and immediately alerted her mother. Police have filed charges under the POCSO Act and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita as investigations continue.
