Spanish authorities have arrested an individual following the discovery of 250 dead animals in deplorable conditions at an illegal warehouse in Meson do Vento. The Civil Guard rescued 171 surviving animals, including protected exotic birds, that were found in life-threatening conditions with no proper food or water.
