IndiGo Completes Refund Process for December 2025 Flight Cancellations as CEO Meets Aviation Regulator

IndiGo has processed refunds for all cancelled flights from the December 2025 operational disruption and announced additional compensation measures for affected passengers. CEO Pieter Elbers met with the DGCA as part of efforts to address customer complaints, with the airline offering INR 10,000 travel vouchers to severely impacted travelers in addition to government-mandated compensation.
