A deadly explosion near Delhi's Red Fort has been linked to Dr. Umar Mohammad, a physician from Faridabad's Al Falah Medical College with connections to a radical doctors' group on Telegram and the Pakistan-based terror organization Jaish-e-Mohammed. The blast killed nine people and injured 20 others, with authorities arresting multiple suspects including fellow doctors in what they describe as a "white collar" terror module. Prime Minister Modi has vowed that all conspirators will be brought to justice.
