Pakistan-based terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed has established an online training program called "Tufat al-Muminat" specifically targeting women for recruitment. Led by founder Masood Azhar's sisters, the course charges 500 PKR per participant and will commence November 8, representing a new dimension in the group's recruitment and fundraising efforts despite international sanctions.
