A 38-year-old former UK doctor, Nathaniel Spencer, has been charged with multiple serious sexual offenses against 38 patients, including a child under 13. The alleged incidents occurred between 2017-2021 at two regional hospitals in central England. Spencer faces 45 charges including sexual assault and assault by penetration, with his first court appearance scheduled for January 20 at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre.
