Mother and Partner Arrested for Killing 3-Year-Old Daughter and Framing Others in Uttar Pradesh

Police in Bulandshahr, UP have arrested a woman and her lover for the murder of her 3-year-old daughter Divyanshi. The couple allegedly killed the child who they considered an "obstacle" and then attempted to frame local residents by filing a false kidnapping report. Investigators discovered the child's body in a canal the same day the complaint was filed.
