A dry fruit vendor from Qazigund, Jammu and Kashmir, has died after setting himself ablaze following police questioning related to a white collar terror module investigation. Bilal Ahmad Wani, who was released from custody while his son remained detained, was a neighbor of key terror suspect Dr. Adeel Rather.
