A white Hyundai i20 car exploded near Delhi's Red Fort, killing nine and injuring 20 in a suspected terror attack. CCTV footage shows the vehicle remained parked for over three hours before the blast. Authorities have invoked UAPA terrorism charges after connecting the incident to a "white collar" terror module and discovering 2,900 kg of explosives nearby in Haryana's Faridabad.
