Delhi has approved a major administrative restructuring, expanding from 11 to 13 revenue districts and increasing subdivisions from 33 to 39. This reform aligns revenue boundaries with municipal zones, introduces Mini Secretariats in each district, and increases Sub-Registrar Offices from 22 to 39. The changes aim to streamline governance, reduce bureaucratic delays, and bring government services closer to residents, with implementation scheduled for completion by December 2025.
