Three Tigers Found Dead in Kanha Reserve: Evidence Points to Territorial Conflicts

Three tigers, including an adult male and two female cubs, were found dead within 24 hours at Madhya Pradesh's Kanha Tiger Reserve. Post-mortem results revealed all deaths resulted from conflicts with other tigers. The adult male was identified as the popular "Balaghat Male Tiger," while the state continues to maintain India's largest tiger population with 785 big cats according to the 2022 census.
