Haryana police have arrested a school principal and bus driver after disturbing footage emerged of a 7-year-old student being hung upside down from a window as punishment for incomplete homework. The Class 2 student from Srijan Public School in Panipat suffered abuse in August, with charges filed under both the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Act and Juvenile Justice Act.
