The Kremlin has confirmed that President Vladimir Putin has partially accepted US proposals to end the Ukraine war following extended talks with Trump's representatives in Moscow. According to spokesman Dmitry Peskov, Russia remains open to continued negotiations until an agreement can be reached, despite some proposals being rejected in what he described as a normal negotiation process.
