New surveillance footage shows Dr. Umar Mohammad, the alleged Delhi suicide bomber, wearing a mask at Badarpur toll plaza hours before the explosion that killed nine people near Red Fort. The NIA investigation has linked the bombing to two other doctors from Al Falah University, where authorities recovered nearly 3,000 kg of explosives and weapons connected to the Pakistani terror group Jaish-e-Mohammed.
