Mexican lawmakers from opposing political parties engaged in a physical confrontation during a congressional session, with female representatives pushing, elbowing, and pulling each other's hair at the podium. The altercation began when members of the right-wing National Action Party (PAN) refused to yield the podium during a protest against proposed legislation, leading to a violent clash with the ruling Morena Party representatives that was captured on video and condemned by both sides.
