The handler, identified as Ustad Farhatullah Ghauri (Shahid Faisal), was also responsible for the Rameshwaram Cafe blast in Bengaluru. The video reveals direct links between Pakistan-based terror groups and recent attacks on Indian soil while attempting to justify these violent acts.
