Russian President Vladimir Putin promised a "significant" response to Europe's militarization during a foreign policy forum, while questioning NATO's effectiveness by responding to Trump's "paper tiger" comment with: "If we are fighting the entire NATO bloc and advancing confidently, then what exactly does that make NATO itself?" Putin also warned about the situation at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant and denied that Russia poses any threat to Europe.
