Investigation into the November 10 Delhi blast that killed 13 people has uncovered a complex network involving medical professionals and carefully planned operations. Conspirators purchased second-hand phones from Nepal and SIM cards from Kanpur, with three doctors maintaining contact with the bomber until shortly before the explosion. Dr Shaheen Saeed, a key suspect arrested from Al-Falah University, was spotted in Kanpur in October during the four-week planning period.
