Bengaluru Techie Loses Rs 48 Lakh in Fake Ayurvedic Sexual Health Treatment Scam

A Bengaluru software engineer has filed a police complaint after being defrauded of Rs 48 lakh by an alleged Ayurvedic practitioner and shop owner who sold extremely expensive fake medicines for sexual health problems. The victim also suffered kidney damage from the purported treatments. Police have registered an FIR under multiple sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita against the accused, who threatened the victim's life if treatment was discontinued.
