22-Year-Old Man Arrested for Kidnapping and Sexual Assault of Minor in Uttar Pradesh

Police in Uttar Pradesh arrested a 22-year-old man for allegedly kidnapping a 16-year-old schoolgirl and sexually assaulting her over a two-week period. The victim, who disappeared on December 1, was rescued by authorities on Monday. The accused has been charged under the POCSO Act and remanded to custody following completion of legal formalities.
