A 14-year-old Class IX student from Valparai, Tamil Nadu has died a month after suffering severe burn injuries in what was initially reported as an accident. Following her death at Coimbatore Medical College Hospital, the family has alleged teacher harassment led to her suicide, releasing a video statement reportedly made by the girl. Police are investigating the contradictory claims as the family seeks action against three teachers from Rottikadai Government High School.
