Former Kerala Police chief Jacob Thomas has joined the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) as a full-time 'pracharak', describing it as a "unifying force" that transcends caste, religion, and regional divisions. Appearing at an RSS event in Kochi during Vijayadashami, Thomas emphasized the organization's focus on building cultural strength in individuals to create a stronger society and nation. The former DGP, who previously joined BJP in 2021, joins other high-profile former Kerala police officials who have aligned with right-wing organizations.
