Pakistan Court Orders End to Harassment of Indian Sikh Woman Who Converted and Married Pakistani Muslim

The Lahore High Court has ordered police to stop harassing Sarabjeet Kaur, a 48-year-old Indian Sikh woman who converted to Islam and married Pakistani Muslim Nasir Hussain after meeting him on Facebook. Kaur, who entered Pakistan with Sikh pilgrims for Guru Nanak celebrations, has approached the Indian mission to extend her visa and apply for Pakistani nationality while facing opposition from authorities.
