A six-year-old boy in northwest Delhi's Prem Nagar area suffered severe injuries including the loss of his right ear after being attacked by a neighbor's pit bull. The dog's owner has been arrested as the child continues to receive treatment at Safdarjung Hospital following the Sunday evening incident.
