A 17-month-old girl named Akshita tragically lost her life after accidentally falling into a pot of boiling milk at Ambedkar Gurukula School in Anantpur district. The incident, captured on CCTV, occurred when the toddler followed a cat into the kitchen while accompanying her mother, a school security guard. Despite being rushed to hospital, she succumbed to severe burns during treatment.
