Delivery Agent Arrested in Gurugram for Kidnapping and Sexual Assault of 8-Year-Old Girl Under POCSO Act

A 21-year-old delivery agent has been arrested in Gurugram for allegedly kidnapping and sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl after luring her with food. Police successfully recovered the minor within hours and have charged the accused under Section 6 of the POCSO Act as investigations continue into this serious crime against a child.
