India has firmly dismissed Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif's allegations linking India to a suicide bombing in Islamabad that killed 12 people. External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal called these claims baseless, describing them as a diversionary tactic amid Pakistan's internal constitutional controversies regarding the creation of a new Chief of Defence Forces position.
