Investigation reveals two foreign handlers, code-named Dr. Okasa and Dr. Hashim alias Arif Nisar, were in communication with three suspects involved in the Delhi blast near Red Fort that killed 13 people. The main suspect, Dr. Umar Mohammad, has been confirmed as the driver through DNA matching, while his associates Dr. Muzammil Shakeel and Dr. Shaheen Saeed remain in police custody as the NIA continues its multi-agency investigation into this terrorist incident linked to Jaish-e-Mohammad.
