A tragic accident occurred in Ayodhya district where 16-year-old Sandeep drowned after slipping into a pond during a Durga idol immersion ceremony. Despite a five-hour rescue operation by police and divers, the teenager from Salhipur Parsipur village was pronounced dead upon arrival at the local health center.
