Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has alleged that the Election Commission's Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls is an attempt to cover up and institutionalize vote manipulation. Gandhi claims that electoral fraud occurred in multiple states including Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Chhattisgarh, with approximately 25 lakh votes allegedly stolen in Haryana alone. The EC has denied these allegations, calling them unfounded.
