The Delhi High Court has issued an interim injunction against Patanjali Ayurved, prohibiting them from broadcasting advertisements that label other chyawanprash products as "deceptive." Following Dabur India's petition, the court ruled that Patanjali's campaign exceeded permissible marketing practices by disparaging an entire product category, ordering the removal of these advertisements from all media platforms within three days.
