Maharashtra Deputy CM's Son Ordered to Pay Rs 21 Crore in Controversial Pune Land Deal

Amadea Enterprises LLP, owned by Parth Pawar, son of Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar, has been directed to pay Rs 21 crore in stamp duty with additional penalties for a controversial land deal in Pune's Mundhwa area. The company purchased a 40-acre plot valued at Rs 1,804 crore for just Rs 300 crore and initially paid only Rs 500 in stamp duty, raising allegations of preferential treatment.
