IndiGo Crisis: Government Orders Investigation and Promises Flight Schedule Normalization Within 3 Days

The Indian government has ordered a high-level investigation into the IndiGo flight disruptions while promising schedule normalization by Monday. Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu announced automatic refunds for cancelled flights and special assistance for affected passengers. The DGCA has established a four-member committee to examine operational deficiencies at IndiGo, which has cancelled over 500 flights for consecutive days while temporarily relaxing pilot duty time limitations to manage the crisis.
