Shimla Court Orders Complete Demolition of Sanjauli Mosque After Rejecting Waqf Board Appeal

Shimla's district court has upheld a municipal order to demolish the entire Sanjauli mosque structure after the Himachal Pradesh Waqf Board and Mosque Committee failed to provide valid land ownership documents. The committee has announced plans to appeal to higher courts while partial demolition of the five-storey structure has already begun.
