Ajay Gupta: Gurugram-Based 'Sleeping Partner' Arrested After Deadly Goa Nightclub Fire

Ajay Gupta, co-owner of 'Birch' by Romeo Lane nightclub in Goa, has been arrested following a fire that killed 25 people. After attempting to evade authorities by faking a spine condition, the Gurugram businessman was apprehended while his partners, the Luthra brothers, fled to Thailand. Authorities have filed charges of culpable homicide and negligence against the nightclub owners.
