DGCA Investigates IndiGo's Mass Flight Cancellations and Delays Due to Crew Shortage Crisis

India's aviation regulator DGCA has launched an investigation into IndiGo airlines following over 100 flight cancellations and numerous delays caused primarily by crew shortages. The airline has implemented schedule adjustments for 48 hours while the DGCA demands explanations and mitigation plans. November saw 1,232 flight cancellations with 755 attributed to crew and Flight Duty Time Limitations constraints, resulting in on-time performance dropping from 84.1% in October to 67.7% in November.
