The National Investigation Agency has arrested Mohammad Asif, an imam at Bilali mosque, and Nazar Kamal, an electrician, from Haldwani's Banbhulpura area in connection with the November 10 car blast near Delhi's Red Fort that killed 15 people. The arrests followed intelligence gathered through call records linked to the main suspect, Dr Umar Nabi. Both suspects have been transferred to Delhi as the investigation continues with heightened security measures in the area.

Wani, from Kashmir's Anantnag, worked closely in planning the Red Fort area bombing that killed 15 people. This arrest follows the apprehension of another suspect who facilitated the purchase of the vehicle used in the attack, as authorities continue investigating the broader terror network.
