Two associates of late Assamese singer Zubeen Garg have been sent to 14-day judicial custody following their CID remand. Singapore authorities have stated they don't suspect foul play in the 52-year-old cultural icon's death but continue investigating. The singer was found dead while swimming in Singapore on September 19, with autopsy results shared with Indian officials as the investigation could take three more months to complete.
