2026 US Immigration Fee Increases: Impact on Indian Travelers and Visa Applicants

Starting January 1, 2026, the US Department of Homeland Security will implement inflation-adjusted increases to various immigration fees. While not all Indian travelers will be affected, those applying for parole will see an increase from $1,000 to $1,020. ESTA fees will rise slightly to $40.27, though this doesn't impact Indian citizens as India isn't part of the Visa Waiver Program. The EVUS fee will increase to $30.75, while Form I-94 fees remain unchanged at $30. These adjustments are mandated by the "One Big Beautiful Bill" to reflect annual inflation.
