Samajwadi Party's Azam Khan and Son Sentenced to 7 Years for PAN Card Fraud

Senior Samajwadi Party leader Mohammad Azam Khan and his son Abdullah Azam have been sentenced to seven years imprisonment by a special MP/MLA court in Rampur for obtaining dual PAN cards with different birth dates. The 77-year-old politician and his son were convicted under multiple IPC sections including forgery, cheating, and criminal conspiracy in a case dating back to 2019.
