The National Investigation Agency has identified Pakistani national Sajid Saifullah Jutt, head of Lashkar-e-Taiba's offshoot TRF, as the primary conspirator behind the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack that killed 26 tourists. Following an extensive eight-month investigation, the NIA has filed a comprehensive chargesheet naming multiple Pakistani terrorists and local accomplices while offering a Rs 10 lakh reward for information leading to Jutt's capture.
