Karnataka High Court Dismisses Government Appeal Against Public Gathering Restrictions

The Karnataka High Court's Dharwad bench has dismissed the state government's appeal against a stay order on restrictions for private organizations holding events in public spaces. The court directed the Congress-led government to approach the single-judge bench that originally stayed the controversial order which opposition parties claim targeted RSS activities.
