Ramana Murthy of the Gas Turbine Research Establishment, the country is seeking international partnerships with companies like Safran, Rolls-Royce, and General Electric to develop engines for its Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft while working to create an indigenous fighter engine ecosystem.
