PhysicsWallah, the edtech unicorn founded by Alakh Pandey, is launching its Rs 3,480 crore IPO on November 11. The offering includes a fresh issue worth Rs 3,100 crore and an OFS of Rs 380 crore from promoters. With revenue growth to Rs 2,887 crore and reduced losses, the company plans to expand its hybrid education model serving competitive exam preparation for JEE, NEET, GATE, and UPSC.
