Bihar's upcoming assembly elections will feature enhanced security with police using horses to patrol 250 polling booths in the Diara region and boats to access 197 stations. The Electoral Commission has announced two-phase voting on November 6 and 11, with improved EVMs displaying color photographs of candidates to assist over 7.42 crore eligible voters across 90,712 polling booths.
