A survivor of the October 7 Hamas attacks in Israel was injured in a terrorist shooting at Sydney's Bondi Beach during a Hanukkah celebration. The attack, described as a "bloodbath" by the victim, killed eleven people as gunmen opened fire on families and children attending the Jewish festival event. The survivor had moved to Australia just two weeks prior to work against antisemitism.
