A care home agency director in south-east England has been jailed for two-and-a-half years after systematically employing Indian nationals without UK work authorization. Benoy Thomas, who became a British citizen in 2012, was found guilty of 13 counts of immigration violations while placing untrained workers in vulnerable care positions through his company A Class Care Recruitment Ltd.
