Ola Electric Challenges FIR Following Employee's Suicide Alleging Workplace Harassment and Exploitation

Ola Electric has moved the Karnataka High Court to challenge an FIR filed after the suicide of a 38-year-old homologation engineer who left a note accusing senior management of mental harassment and financial exploitation. The company claims the employee never raised complaints while employed and has received protective orders from the court while the investigation continues.
