CBDT Extends Income Tax Return Filing Deadline to December 10 for Companies and Audited Taxpayers

The Income Tax Department has announced an extension of the ITR filing deadline for AY 2025-26, giving companies and audited taxpayers until December 10, 2025 to file returns. The audit report submission deadline has also been extended to November 10, following requests from industry bodies citing disruptions from natural calamities in several regions.
