Bengaluru cybercrime police have dismantled a sophisticated illegal call conversion operation where international calls were being routed as local calls to facilitate cybercrimes. The raid resulted in the seizure of 28 SIM boxes, nearly 1,200 SIM cards, and equipment worth Rs 40 lakh. The suspects, natives of Kerala, have fled to Dubai as authorities continue investigating the operation's links to broader cybercriminal activities and national security concerns.
